This policy describes how Dolphin Group ("we," "us," or "our") handles information through games, applications, websites, and related services that link to it, including Idle Foods Merger (the "Services").
Information we handle
Game and app information
Depending on the Service, information may include game progress, settings, preferences, achievements, balances, rewards, advertising events, app details, accounts, synchronization data, and related operational data. It may be processed on a device or by us, a platform, or a service provider.
Advertising, consent, device, and diagnostic information
Some Services, including Idle Foods Merger, use Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Google and its partners may process:
- IP addresses and approximate location;
- device, app, advertising, and account-related identifiers;
- app, advertising, and reward interactions;
- device, system, network, language, and app details;
- performance and diagnostic data; and
- privacy choices and consent signals.
Google may use this information for advertising, personalization where permitted, analytics, measurement, service delivery, security, and fraud prevention. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Optional pacing analytics in Idle Foods Merger 1.1.0 and later
If you choose to share pacing data, Google Analytics for Firebase receives gameplay milestones such as food tiers, levels, prestiges, stars, boosts, merge counts, foreground playtime and elapsed game time. Reports distinguish new saves from saves created before measurement began. We use these reports to understand progression speed, retention and where players stop progressing.
Firebase also processes an app-instance identifier and app, device, operating-system, language and approximate geographic information. We disable advertising-ID collection and advertising personalization in this analytics integration. AdMob advertising is a separate service with its own consent choices. We do not send your save file, name, email address or feedback text to Analytics.
Pacing analytics starts only after you select Allow. You can stop future collection through Options > Share pacing data. Turning it off also resets the local analytics identifier; previously received data may remain in Google's reports according to the property's retention settings. See Firebase privacy information.
Information you choose to provide
Information submitted through accounts, synchronization, support, surveys, promotions, communities, or similar features may include contact details, identifiers, game data, transaction or reward records, messages, and uploaded content.
Idle Foods Merger's feedback box opens your email app with the message you typed. You choose whether to send it. If sent, we receive the message and your email address at our support inbox. Feedback drafts are not uploaded to Analytics.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- operate, save, synchronize, maintain, and improve the Services;
- provide advertising and rewards;
- personalize and measure content or advertising;
- diagnose problems, provide support, and develop features;
- protect the Services and address fraud or abuse; and
- meet legal and operational requirements.
When information is shared
Information may be shared with providers for advertising, consent management, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, communications, security, and infrastructure. It may also be disclosed for legal or safety reasons, a business transaction, or with a user's direction or consent.
Consent and advertising choices
Privacy and advertising choices may be available through a Service, Google's consent tools, or device settings.
Retention
Information may be retained as needed for the Services, security, support, operations, or law. Device data may remain until it is cleared, transferred, or removed. Providers apply their own retention practices.
Security and international processing
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No method is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries with different privacy laws.
Children
The Services are intended for people aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. Contact us about information submitted by a child.
Your privacy rights
Privacy rights vary by location and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or portability. Requests may require verification and may be subject to legal exceptions. We cannot act on information unavailable to us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time.
